Sound is a key element for the definition of a space. In this piece, the recording of waves is broadcasted by a speaker through a wall. When we put the ear to the wall on the other side, we can hear the see. While we are projected on the coast at first, not really knowing what’s on the other side of the wall, we realize that this sound could more believably be some water running through the pipes. We’re get caught between memories and doubt, imagery and logic.
